Studio Miro Immobiliare is a real estate platform that offers property search, listings and enquiry services in Italy. Services include: sale and long-term rental listings, and direct contact with the agency.
Users agree to: provide truthful and up-to-date information, not use the service for unlawful purposes, not attempt to access unauthorized parts of the system, respect the house rules of booked properties.
Studio Miro Immobiliare acts as an intermediary between property owners and guests. We are not responsible for: the condition of properties, the accuracy of descriptions provided by owners, damages caused during the stay, force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the service fee amount.
All site content (text, images, logo, design) is the property of Studio Miro Immobiliare or their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of content without prior written consent is prohibited.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer forum under the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
